This plug is compatible with most non-smart dimmable bulbs, including incandescent (up to 300W) and LED/CFL (up to 150W).

If you encounter issues with your dimmer plug, such as it not turning on/off the lights or showing as disconnected on the app, it may be due to the device being installed beyond your WiFi router's coverage or in an area with poor signal. Try relocating it to a location with a strong and stable WiFi connection. Also, ensure the device is paired correctly with the app.

If the dimmer plug is unable to dim the connected lights, verify that your lights meet the supported specifications: dimmable LED/CFL up to 150W and incandescent up to 300W. Non-dimmable lights cannot be adjusted in brightness. Additionally, the device operates exclusively on the 2.4GHz frequency and requires successful pairing within 3 minutes.
